Prepare for Your Appointment
Shampoo and condition your hair 24 hours before your appointment: Use your preferred shampoo and conditioner to thoroughly clean and condition your hair. Make sure to rinse out the conditioner thoroughly.
Avoid using any leave-in or styling products: After shampooing and conditioning, refrain from applying any leave-in styling products such as leave-in conditioners, serums, mousses, gels, or hair sprays.
By following these instructions, your hair will be clean, conditioned, and free from any styling product residue, ensuring optimal results during your appointment.

Model Hair Length Requirements
At Moroccanoil, we celebrate the beauty of all hair types and textures. For current product testing, our facility is equipped to work with models whose hair is between 8 and 16 inches long (measured from scalp to ends).
To ensure accurate and consistent testing, we’re unable to accommodate hair longer than 16 inches at this time

Moroccanoil Testing Salon Service Disclaimer
Participation in Moroccanoil Testing Salon services is voluntary and subject to evaluation by Moroccanoil personnel. To ensure the safety of participants, the integrity of testing results, and the quality of services provided, Moroccanoil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, discontinue, or modify any service or participation at any time.
Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, hair or scalp conditions that may be unsuitable for the planned service, failure to disclose relevant hair treatment history, concerns regarding participant safety, inability to meet testing requirements, disruptive behavior, or any circumstance that may compromise the objectives of the testing program.
Participation in the Moroccanoil Testing Salon does not guarantee receipt of a service, treatment, or inclusion in a testing study.
We kindly request that you inform us of any changes to your appointment schedule at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore offer a 15-minute grace period to accommodate any minor delays. However, if you happen to exceed this grace period, we regret to inform you that your appointment will have to be cancelled.
